It is offered as an add-on to a new site build, so it is set up and deployed correctly as part of your website from day one.

Scope & pricing

Every concierge is bespoke, so it is scoped and quoted individually alongside your website build, once I understand your business, your services and what you want it to do. To be clear from the outset: ongoing maintenance, hosting and running costs (including AI usage), and any future changes or tweaks after delivery are charged separately, either by the hour or quoted for a defined piece of work. All figures are exclusive of any applicable taxes, and everything is confirmed in writing before we begin.

How it works

We start with your website: a short discovery of your business, services and brand voice, and what you want the concierge to achieve. I design and build your site, build and train the concierge into it, test everything thoroughly, and deploy it all together. From there the concierge works away in the background, with maintenance and future improvements handled separately as and when you need them.
